The drafts they provided were sloppy, and when I asked for corrections, they never followed through. Worst of all, the project manager (Larry) completely ghosted us. For the past two months, he has ignored every email and phone call. When I called the company directly, I was told multiple times he would “call me back in 15–20 minutes” — but no one ever called.

This company takes your money upfront and then disappears; zero accountability, zero professionalism, zero customer service. Based on my experience, this feels like a scam operation. Save your money and find a reputable company that actually delivers.
