We hired Prediktive to design our onboarding funnel for our web platform.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Unfortunately, there were no measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrated any progress or success. After investing two months and over $21,000, we didn't see any tangible results.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

Prediktive's project management was deeply unsatisfactory. Over a span of more than eight weeks, we found ourselves in a continuous loop of providing feedback to their designer, hoping for improvements, but to no avail. Not only did they fail to deliver items on time, but the quality of the work was so poor that it set our entire project far behind schedule. 

This delay was not just a minor inconvenience; it had significant repercussions for our project's overall timeline and success. When we approached them for solutions, they were unyielding, pointing to their 30-day cancellation policy instead of trying to genuinely address our concerns. To add insult to injury, they demanded payment for a "cancellation period" during which no work was done.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Frankly, there wasn't anything I found impressive or unique about Prediktive in a positive manner. My experience with them was mainly negative, from their unresponsiveness to our feedback to their owner harassing us.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Prediktive could have done differently?

There are several areas for improvement. Prediktive could have taken our feedback more seriously and genuinely addressed our concerns. When we raised issues, they could have been more flexible and accommodating, rather than sticking rigidly to their policies. 

The dismissive attitude, especially from the company's owner, was particularly frustrating. In our business, if we make mistakes, we take responsibility and try to rectify them for our clients. I believe Prediktive should adopt a similar stance and prioritize customer satisfaction. Charging for services not rendered, especially during the so-called 'cancellation period,' felt predatory.

It is important to remember that our 30-day cancellation policy is an industry-standard practice: a measure put in place to ensure a fair and balanced framework for both parties involved in our engagements. This policy is outlined at the outset of every agreement to establish clear expectations. Our signed agreement was no exception.

In addition to the contract terms, the type of service you purchased from us is clearly explained in our agreement. It was the responsibility and privilege of Prediktive to provide you with a professional based on your needs, whereas the management of this professional and his work was your responsibility.

We believe that honoring the terms of an agreement is important for both parties involved, and that doing so upholds a reputation founded on quality, transparency, and trust. While this review is a first, we thank you for it. We take feedback seriously, especially when it is constructive or critical.
