The owner of Precision Tax, Tim Prieur, EA., graduated from the University of Michigan, with a B.B.A. specializing in Finance and Accounting. Tim has been preparing personal and business income tax returns since 1998. Tim was a partner at a tax preparation firm in Muskegon, Michigan before deciding to return to the Metro Detroit Area to be closer to his family. Since returning Tim has continued to serve several clients from the Muskegon area and continues to gain trust and respect from new clients that choose to use Precision Tax for their tax preparation needs. 

Tim Prieur recently pass the IRS Enrolled Agent exam, becoming an Enrolled Agent(EA.), which is a federally-authorized tax practitioner who has technical expertise in the field of taxation and who is empowered by the U.S. Department of the Treasury to represent taxpayers before all administrative levels of the Internal Revenue Service for audits, collections, and appeals.
