We are a family owned American manufacturing company. We’ve been in business since 1979. In that time, we’ve grown from a two-person team to an employer of nearly 70 people. As our workforce has grown, so has our footprint. What started as a 1,000 square foot building is now a 100,000 square foot campus. We have nearly 40,000 square feet of warehouse space available. This allows us to offer stocking services and just-in-time delivery programs to our customers.

Our Metal Fabrication Work

Precision Machine Fabrication specializes in close tolerance custom metal fabrication . We are a contract manufacturer, working with our customers’ designs to produce a custom part that fits their specific need. Please note that our team does not produce original designs but can work with clients on their own designs. The products that we manufacture range from large cabinets to small brackets, and from single piece parts to complex assemblies (and everything in-between).

Our customer base is as diverse as the parts we make. We serve companies in the telecommunications, pharmaceutical, home appliance, vending, and heavy-equipment industries (to name a few). PMF is also the parent company of Handy Stands which has met the growing demand for sanitation stations.

Tools & Capabilities

We have the capability to fabricate parts out of steel, aluminum, coated materials (galvanized, galvanneal, etc), stainless steel, and copper. Our 4,000 watt Mitsubishi laser is capable of cutting up to 1″ thick plate. It’s 8-shelf automated material rack allows us to set up and run multiple jobs overnight. Recently we purchased three new top-of-the-line Amada HDS series press brakes and offline programming software.

These allow us to pre-program bending operations before jobs even hit the floor, reducing set-up time and cutting costs. Our in-house paint service allows us to provide our customers with custom powder-coated parts. We also have the ability to screen print.
