What were your goals for this project?
Our goal was and is to increase our sales to consumers through various consumer advertising techniques, such as Google, Apple, and various digital technology publications. In addition, we plan on business to business marketing.

We digitally searched various marketing agencies in the USA. In addition, we visited 2 other well-know agencies in person. After studying all the available parameters and results, we elected to go with the very best, PreApps.

We felt that our app was well designed for the audience for which it was written, but our app development expertise did not carry-over to marketing. With PreApps, we are meeting 1-2 times each week, with various experts on different aspects of app marketing.
PreApps has designed and developed various video clips for the digital market, including Apple, Google, and YouTube. In addition, they have introduced the app to 15 different app marketing groups and publications, eliciting various expert reviews of the app. They have advised us as to which advertising revenues are available and feasible.
What was the team composition?
The initial team consisted of our coordinator, who then introduced us to various members of the team, each providing specific expertise about the several facets of app development, marketing, results, and potential marketing changes and additions.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
Our initial app downloads, without any paid advertising, has been quite impressive. We had in excess of 120 downloads on Apple in the first week. Our YouTube video has drawn over 8,000 viewers. And all this has happened before our advertising campaign has begun.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
Our project manager, Ms. Lisa Pierce, is the most pleasant, competent, and effective person I have ever had the pleasure of speaking with. She has been the driving force for coordination between various PreApp experts and members of our corporation.
Stephanie Ino and David quinn of Gummicube know more about metadata, ASO, app store optimization, keyword proposals, and promotional text than the average person could ever imagine. Patrick Amori has provided invaluable expertise concerning various programs that assist our programmer in evaluation and follow-up of users.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
It's hard to say which is the most impressive characteristic about a company that has so much experience, ability, and expertise. One other thing that stands out is their willingness to help us in every aspect of our app development and disposition. In addition, they are all so darn nice to talk with.
Are there any areas for improvement?
Not much. Sometimes the speaker (electronic) connection is somewhat unclear during a conference call or video presentation, but it's hard to find anything negative to say.
