Our engagement with the client covered brand identity design, product branding implementation, and full website design and development. The goal was to create a cohesive digital presence that communicated the client’s value proposition clearly, improved credibility, and streamlined customer acquisition.

The project began with a discovery and strategy phase, where our team conducted stakeholder interviews, competitor benchmarking, and a brand audit. From there, we developed a refreshed brand identity system including logo design, typography, color palette, and brand usage guidelines.

In the second phase, our creative team executed product branding design and implementation. This included packaging mockups, sales collateral, and digital asset kits to ensure that the visual identity was consistent across both online and offline touchpoints. We also created branded templates for social media, email campaigns, and presentations to help the client maintain visual continuity after launch.

The third phase involved a website design and development project. We designed a modern, responsive website with UX best practices, optimized page speed, and mobile-first functionality. Our development team built the site on WordPress (with a custom theme) to balance flexibility and ease of management. We also integrated lead capture forms, CRM integrations, and on-page SEO fundamentals (metadata, schema markup, internal linking) to drive organic performance from day one.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Powell Creative, LLC could have done differently?

Overall, the experience was very positive, but if there’s one area for improvement it would be around providing a bit more upfront clarity on timelines and next steps. While everything was ultimately delivered on time, having a little more detail early in the process would have made it even smoother. That said, they were always quick to adjust and responsive whenever we needed clarification, so it never became a major issue.
