 I am part of the Recruitment team at DataArt Latam. DataArt is a global software engineering firm with +25 years of experience that help clients create custom software that improves their operations and opens new markets.

Powered by our People First principle, we work with clients at any scale and on any platform, and adapt alongside them as they evolve. We are more than 5000 professionals distributed in different offices around USA, Europe and Latin America.

For what projects/services did your company hire Potentiality Group?

Due to high demand of professionals over the projects, our need to reduce staffing´s time metrics and with limited internal resources, in early 2022 we started to work together with Potentiality Group and rely on them our vacancies, to attract more candidates from the market with our proposals.

We got in touch via Linkedin and started conversations.

We work with a variety of profiles: developers (web, mobile, Fullstack), DevOps, Infrastructure, Analyst, testers (manual and automation) and IT professional with other technical skills.

We hired several colleagues from different profiles.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Some of the characteristics I can highlight from their service are: significate amount of candidates, high technical level of profiles, quick response and kind and good interpersonal skills from the recruitment team, that are always willing to help and daily demonstrate their professionalism.

We choose Potentiality Group for their professional experience as well as their engagement with our process and methodology.

We work wit several customers along many countries in America. Each customer requires candidates with different skills (mainly IT) so we helped them with end to end staffing solutions. In order to do this, we work with partners as Potentiality to provide the best candidate for each position.

After providing a curated Job Description, Potentiality Group helps us providing the best candidates. We qualify and interview those candidates in order to check if they fits our needs. It that case, the candidate is being introduce to our customer in order to hire him/her in their projects.

Can you share any outcomes from the engagement that demonstrate progress or success?

With their support we were able to fit high quality candidates in very 3 / 4 weeks average.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We use to have weekly meeting between our team and Potentiality Group team. These meeting help both teams to get align with the daily needs as well as provide feedback for the ongoing hiring process.

They provide high level candidates quickly and a cost effective price.

We both work very aligned with our business needs. Potentiality Group is a very important partner in our hiring process.

40Q is an Engineering Digital Agency. We craft WordPress Sites that work so our clients can spread their word and increase their sales without going through endless iterations. I am 40Q's Founder and CEO.

We needed to cover two different IT positions: Wordpress administrator and a Full Stack Developer (PHP/WordPress Oriented).

From 40Q´s side I was working personally during the whole process. From their side, they provided a team composed by an IT recruiter and also an HR leader.

The really were able to fulfill our expectations and needs. We are still working with them.

After surveying the required profiles, they began to search for candidates. Only one week after, they start sharing profiles for us to evaluate. The whole process was executed in less than a month and we had weekly reports.

They were a highly experienced recruiting team with very personalized service and quick response time.

No, I don't think so.
