What challenge were you trying to address with Post Media Company?

We hired Post Media for our Google Ads and PPC campaigns. For context, we’d engaged another agency before, but that partnership didn’t work.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Post Media has worked to get some of our articles published in their network of newspapers — they write for a couple of national publications. 

From there, we’ve decided to use them for our Google Ads, too. I’ve shared a spreadsheet with them and discussed the types of campaigns we want to roll out, the ads we want to have, and the keywords we want to target.

We’ve also once asked them to handle our social media campaign. We’re going to explore this service in the future. For now, they mostly do content. They’ve also provided us with ad designs a few times. 

What is the team composition?

I mainly work with 3–4 people from Post Media, including an account manager. One person executes the campaigns, and two people manage content and design-related services. 

How did you come to work with Post Media Company?

I found Post Media through Google when we were looking to publish our articles externally. 

How much have you invested with them?

We spend about $10,000 CAD (approximately $7,000 USD) per month. 

What is the status of this engagement?

The partnership started in January 2021, and it’s ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

Post Media has successfully helped us increase intake in a specific location. We’ve increased conversions there by 100%. In other words, the team has helped us build our practice in that location. 

How did Post Media Company perform from a project management standpoint?

The team is always available and on time; their written and personal communication skills are quite good, too. They can do a meeting with us every time they have to — we use Teams for such meetings.

Moreover, Post Media has an internal dashboard that they use to manage our projects. We can see all our metrics on the dashboard. On top of that, we have shared access to the metrics available on Google Analytics. This ensures we can see our progress directly. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

They’re extremely results-oriented, and their managers understand our needs. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, there aren’t any. We’re happy with what they’ve done. 

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

I’d recommend them. They’re a truly sincere team. When they promise to put in the hard work, they do it.
