What challenge were you trying to address with PMD Group?

We hired PMD Group to help us reach our audience in a way that would persuade them to take action.

What was the scope of their involvement?

PMD Groups serves as our marketing agency, and they've helped us develop our strategy. They’re currently working with us on several ongoing campaigns. Some of our campaigns feature topics such as credit card debt consolidation, electronic statement sign-ups, mortgage, home equity, and more.

We’re working with them from conceptualization up to the implementation of the campaigns. After producing all of our campaign collaterals, they monitor the results of those efforts.

We’re working with Caroline (Marketing Specialist) and Bonnie (Marketing & Sales VP).

How did you come to work with PMD Group?

They were already working with our company when I joined. After I got the opportunity to meet them, I determined that they were an agency I wanted to stick with. I appreciated that we were on the same page and that they considered a lot of things when it comes to creating campaigns.

How much have you invested with them?

We spent $130,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

Our ongoing collaboration began in January 2021. We have them on retainer.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

I love that they’re able to feature all races, genders, and backgrounds in our campaigns, and they do their best to perfectly capture our message for our audience. In addition, they’ve been perfectly managing our digital ads. In fact, we’ve gained over 1 million impressions and 15,000 clicks. We also have an average of 1.03% click-through rate (CTR).

How did PMD Group perform from a project management standpoint?

They have an exemplary project management software where we can provide our feedback and keep a trail of the different revisions of our deliverables. I speak to them daily via email, and they’re always available for a quick call. Although we work on multiple projects at once, they remain responsive.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They’re good at anticipating our needs, and they’re also great at producing exceptional deliverables.

Are there any areas they could improve?

PMD Group is already working on improving their invoicing process. On our side, we want to receive our invoices on a monthly basis so that we don’t go over budget.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

It’s important that you have a good handle on all the deliverables that you’re expecting because they can work on multiple campaigns all at the same time. Moreover, decide what kind of reporting you need from them in order to see how your campaigns are performing.
