What challenge were you trying to address with Plume Creative Consulting?

We brought them on for PR and content marketing services.

What was the scope of their involvement?

When we launched our website, they helped us with our messaging to ensure it conveyed what we wanted. Then, we set up the same messages for the PR announcements. Their team got us in touch with media channels and outlets, we even had an article with Forbes. There were also interviews with small- and medium-sized channels that announced our preorder sale launch.

We work with two individuals from their team.

How did you come to work with Plume Creative Consulting?

I researched PR agencies in the US via LinkedIn and Google. I saw many lists of the top vendors but wanted to make my choice based on who I had the best chemistry with. Viviane (President & Founder) was very professional and had vast experience in the liquor industry. The chemistry was great, and we immediately initiated the engagement.

What is the status of this engagement?

Our ongoing engagement started in July 2020.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Having full media placements and an article in Forbes within 2–3 months has been amazing. These efforts have been very nice for our PR, especially with a product that’s fresh and new. Everything has been done brilliantly.

What’s more, their team helped initiate some business development ideas. One of their suggestions was to contact alcohol and bartender bloggers. They even helped us issue the first message with them. Now we’ve found very high-profile figures and influencers. This has been a very promising collaboration.

Another one of their ideas was to tap into VIP hospitality in hotels. They pitched that and got us some interest and great discussions. It’s clear they’re thinking outside of the box. They’re not just executing what we want, they’re also getting us even more exposure, which is brilliant for me. Overall, Plume Creative Consulting is great. I’ve worked with dozens of PR agencies, and I’m extremely happy about them.

How did Plume Creative Consulting perform from a project management standpoint?

They’re well-organized and super easy to work with. Despite the seven-hour time difference, communication is great. They provide the highest availability possible, and we have set meetings every month as well as weekly conversations. Sometimes, we chat daily on whatever we need. Email response time is within an hour, tops.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, there’s nothing right now.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

They have a great structure and way of working with you. You’ll set up goals at the beginning of the month and then track them week-by-week. The process is transparent and easy to do.
