The project was a failure. PLG were unsuccessful in obtaining planning consent and withdrew the planning application without our consent when they found out the decision was going to go against us. They then walked away from the project, e.g. did not engage on modifying / resubmitting the plans.

Project management is weak. Their responsiveness was poor.
