What was the scope of their involvement? 

Plenti was responsible for providing end-to-end recruitment services, which included identifying suitable candidates, conducting initial interviews, and sending us appropriate recommendations. They also assisted in coordinating the recruitment process, scheduling interviews, and providing feedback to candidates.

What is the team composition? 

We directly worked with the founder and one of the recruiters from their team.
How did you come to work with the vendor?

We received excellent recommendations regarding their work quality and engagement from some of our employees who had previous experience working with them.

What is the status of this engagement?

We have been working together since February 2021.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

They helped us find a suitable candidate for a key Head of IT position. Despite having internal candidates, Plenti's candidates perfectly matched our requirements and successfully advanced to the final stage, resulting in the hiring of one candidate for the role..

How did the vendor perform from a project management standpoint?

Communication was excellent, with Plenti promptly responding to all our queries. We initially had a face-to-face meeting, and later collaboration took place through emails, video meetings, and phone calls.

What did you find most impressive about them?
They possess exceptional market and technical knowledge, which is uncommon. They demonstrate strong engagement and prioritize building relationships. It's evident that they care about their clients and delivering successful projects. Additionally, we received positive feedback from candidates regarding their cooperation.
