I’m the operations officer of Flow Accelerator, a non-profit that supports early-stage Palestinian startups and entrepreneurs by providing business guidance, venture validation, and resources to help them become investment-ready, fostering innovation and strengthening the local economy.

What challenge were you trying to address with Playgeko?

We hired Playgeko to streamline racquet sports club operations by reducing manual booking processes, minimizing court idle time and last-minute cancellations, and improving the overall booking experience. We also wanted a solution that helps players easily find suitable partners and available courts while providing clubs with an efficient platform to manage reservations, payments, and daily operations.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Playgeko worked with us to develop and validate a market-ready racquet sports platform through a structured milestone plan. The scope of work included completing the beta version of the platform with core features such as club and court management, reservation and pricing systems, player management, secure authentication, analytics dashboards, bilingual (Arabic/English) support, and an enhanced admin panel. In addition, Playgeko integrated local Palestinian payment gateways (including Jawwal Pay, PalPay, Reflect, and E-Sadad) to enable seamless online payments. Moreover, the project covered the development of the company's brand identity, marketing materials, and a detailed marketing strategy with KPIs to support market entry and user acquisition.

The project achieved its planned milestones successfully, resulting in a market-ready beta platform with core club management, court booking, reservation, pricing, and player management functionalities. Playgeko also completed the integration of multiple local payment gateways, enabling clubs to receive online payments through trusted Palestinian providers. Additionally, the company established a complete brand identity, developed marketing assets, and produced a structured marketing plan with defined KPIs for the following 4–6 months. These deliverables strengthened our readiness for market entry and positioned us for growth, aligning with Flow Accelerator's objective of supporting investment-ready and scalable startups.

• The project was essentially web and app design, It included reservations for both of our locations, as well as, matchmaking opportunities and tournament organization. Many of the features were personalized and made upon request, like the inclusion of both of our locations in a user friendly manner, as opposed to having 2 separate accounts, tracking our revenue, and an Arabic version of the site to make it easier for our employees to use.

The booking is done in less than five minutes, and we have a 99% booking success rate with no issues or delays. Moreover, our employees enjoy the system and use it every week.
