Buyer beware: based on our experience, we cannot recommend working with PlayerFlow. Offering a refund, then ignoring the client after they accept it, later claiming that the refund is no longer possible, and repeatedly disappearing from communication is, in our opinion, completely unacceptable and highly unprofessional. Based on our experience, it is difficult to view this as anything other than scam-like behavior. Here's what happened.
On June 26, we paid $3,000 for a test campaign after agreeing on all commercial terms with their manager, Sophie. Only after receiving the payment, we were informed that the actual minimum budget was $5,000. We were offered two options: pay an additional $2,000 or receive a full refund. Since this directly contradicted our original agreement, we chose the refund. From that moment on, communication changed completely.
Our messages started being ignored, and after several follow-ups we were suddenly told that a refund was "no longer possible," while they continued insisting that we pay the additional $2,000. After the manager stopped responding, we contacted the agency's director, Timur. On July 15, we informed him that if the refund was not processed, we would make this case public. He replied immediately and said the refund would be processed "on Wednesday."
Since then, three Wednesdays have passed. No refund has been received, and all communication has stopped again. PlayerFlow is a public agency that actively participates in major iGaming industry conferences and presents itself as a reliable marketing partner. 
or that very reason, we believe companies in our industry should be aware of this case and exercise caution before transferring funds or starting cooperation with them. If PlayerFlowPerfomance resolves this issue and processes the refund, we will update this post accordingly.
