What challenge were you trying to address with Platypus SEO?

We wanted to start SEO and generate 10 qualified leads per month after 9–12 months, with a six-month lead time to the first results.

Platypus SEO provides SEO services for our website, articles, and landing pages to rank high and be found by our target clients. The team has been responsible for creating content, landing pages, and an SEO content strategy. In addition, they’ve been in charge of keyword review, reporting, and iterations on our SEO strategy.

We found Platypus SEO through an online search. We chose them over other options because they displayed the most SEO knowledge out of all the providers we reviewed.

We started working with Platypus SEO in October 2025, and our engagement is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Before working with Platypus SEO, we used to have 2–3 leads per year. In October 2025, the team audited our website and SEO strategy. Then, in November 2025, they started delivering some assets, and we immediately saw 6–7 leads come in, including one qualified lead. In December 2025, we again saw 6–7 leads come in, but this time, we got three qualified leads, which led to two qualified meetings. One of those meetings is scheduled for January 2026.Overall, this is very positive because we’ve reached 30% of our target two months into the project, which is four months earlier than the initial deadline we had for the first results. In addition, our website traffic has increased by 100%. We used to have around 250 visitors per month, and now we have almost 500 visitors per month.Regarding keyword ranking, we don’t have data yet, but we know we’ve been ranking much higher. As for conversion rates, our total visitors to qualified meetings is 1%, and our overall conversion rate is more than 2%. This means we’ve been able to attract the right kind of traffic to our website, not just any traffic, but bottom-of-funnel traffic looking for solutions like ours or inquiring about our services.To clarify, we define a qualified lead as a software company of a certain size. I talk to a decision-maker, and they have a concrete project linked to our solution. In addition, they accept to hop on a meeting with us. As for deliverables, Platypus SEO has created comparison articles to compare us to other providers. This bottom-of-funnel content has been driving the majority of our targeted traffic, which has increased by more than 100% in a month and a half. The team has also delivered landing pages based on the industries and services we serve, which has helped us rank high.

Platypus SEO always delivers on time during our collaboration. The team always anticipates our needs and ensures we’re on track with everything. We’re even proactive in our follow-ups when things are blocked on our side. We communicate via virtual meetings, emails, and messaging apps.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Platypus SEO has a very strong focus on generating bottom-of-funnel leads that are very likely to purchase our solutions. As a result, they’re much more aligned with our revenue than any other providers we reviewed before. In addition, they’re very pragmatic and have a strong focus on strategy. Even if we suggest other things that distract us from our objectives, Platypus SEO stays strong and keeps us on track toward accomplishing our goal of generating qualified leads that turn into revenue.

No, so far, everything has been good. Platypus SEO has exceeded our expectations, and we’re very happy with their project management support.
