PlasCity is a third generation, family run custom plastic manufacturer based in Ferozewala, Pakistan, in business since 1978. We produce custom plastic extrusion profiles, injection molded parts, and OEM components across PVC, ABS, HDPE, PP, and engineering plastics like PET, Nylon, and Polycarbonate, built to customer drawings and specifications.

What sets PlasCity apart is control over the full process. Our in house die design team catches fit and function issues before tooling starts, at no extra cost to the client, and we offer multiple sample revisions until the part is approved. We manufacture in Pakistan in one to two days rather than the months a container import order usually takes, with no minimum order quantity, no LC paperwork, and no customs delays. Clients get ISO aligned quality control, food grade capable production lines, and delivery support from prototype through bulk order.
