I’m the CEO of a management consulting firm. We do provide reduction and sales training services.

What challenge were you trying to address with PL Consulting?

We needed a partner that could help us with general accounting consulting.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

PL Consulting helps us with bookkeeping, taxes, payroll, and legal efforts on a consulting basis. They’re a good resource for companies that don’t know how to navigate in those areas. Overall, they assist us in building business plans, projections, financial reports, and so on.

What is the team composition?

I work mainly with Philippe (Owner) and a couple of bookkeepers.

How did you come to work with PL Consulting?

I know Philippe personally, but they were also referred to me.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve spent less than $10,000 with them so far.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in May 2021, and the engagement is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

It’s been really helpful to have them as a go-to partner whenever we need them. It’s an Ad hoc collaboration, which serves our needs and purposes.

How did PL Consulting perform from a project management standpoint?

It’s been great for me; they understand the need to communicate. 

What did you find most impressive about them? 

They have great pricing and are fair with costs. Additionally, they work hard to bring the extra mile for their clients.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I don’t think there’s anything they can improve on.

Any advice for potential customers?

Ask them a lot of questions, provide them with as much information as you can upfront.
