Pixelo Digital supported us across multiple digital growth initiatives. The scope of work included:

Cold Outbound Campaigns: Targeted lead generation campaigns focused on the education and healthcare sectors, including prospect list building, personalized outreach messaging, and campaign execution to drive qualified conversations.
SEO Strategy & Execution: Delivered both thought leadership and bottom-of-funnel content aimed at improving organic visibility. This included keyword research, blog creation, landing page optimization, and sitemap improvements to enhance crawlability and indexing.
Performance Marketing: End-to-end management of paid ad campaigns across Meta and Google. This involved audience targeting, ad creative development, budget optimization, and performance reporting.
UI/UX Redesign: A revamp of key landing pages to improve user engagement and conversion rates, including updated wireframes, user flow enhancements, and mobile responsiveness.
LinkedIn Campaigns: Strategically driven social media campaigns to boost the visibility of our founder and brand on LinkedIn. This included content strategy, post design, and engagement tracking.

We saw a notable uplift in qualified leads from outbound efforts, thanks to sharper ICP targeting and adaptive campaign execution. Their SEO strategy contributed to increased organic traffic and better keyword rankings, translating to stronger inbound interest. On the paid side, their data-driven approach helped us reduce wasted spend and improve ROAS across Meta and Google campaigns. Overall, we achieved a cleaner sales pipeline, higher-quality conversions, and stronger visibility in a competitive space.

Pixelo Digital maintained a solid rhythm with project management. Most deliverables were on time, and they were transparent when timelines needed adjustment. They’re responsive and solution-oriented—quick to jump on calls or Slack when priorities shifted or blockers came up. While cross-team coordination occasionally led to some repeated context-sharing on our side, their willingness to adapt and stay aligned with business goals made collaboration smooth overall.

They work fast and stay focused on business outcomes. Their outbound team doesn’t just send emails they dig into the ICP and adjust based on results. The SEO team keeps a close eye on what’s actually ranking and driving results, not vanity metrics. The performance marketing team is proactive with experiments. Not many agencies check all those boxes.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Pixelo Digital could have done differently?

Their internal coordination across teams could be tighter. Sometimes we had to repeat the context between channels. It didn’t impact outcomes, but it added a few extra follow-ups on our end.
