The project involved the complete setup and implementation of server-side and browser-side tracking across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and GA4 to improve data accuracy, attribution, and campaign optimization.
Ram led the architecture, deployment, and QA of the tracking infrastructure using Google Tag Manager (web and server containers) and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

Key deliverables included:

• Configuring GCP server container for event routing and deduplication.
• Implementing Meta Conversion API (CAPI) and Google Enhanced Conversions.
• Setting up data layer structures for form fills, sign-ups, and subscription events.
• Resolving tracking conflicts across multiple domains (jeeva.ai and app.jeeva.ai).
• Aligning Cookiebot consent, PostHog, and GA4–BigQuery integrations for unified reporting.
• Conducting extensive debugging, validation, and deduplication testing to ensure reliable data flow.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Pixelmedia could have done differently?

Pixel Media delivered strong technical work, and overall the engagement went smoothly. The only area for improvement would be providing slightly more structured documentation and clearer communication around dependencies that require developer involvement. At times, having a predefined checklist or timeline for each stage would have helped us move faster internally. That said, Ram handled all challenges proactively, and these are refinements rather than concerns.
