Founded in 2000, Pivot Manufacturing provides AS9100-certified and ITAR-compliant manufacturing services. From the beginning, Pivot has focused on delivering one-on-one personalized service and solutions with outstanding precision and quality.

With more than 100 years of combined experience, our skilled machinists employ various milling, turning, and mechanical assembly processes to produce highly-accurate production parts.

We can solve the typical machining challenges related to part inconsistencies and missed deadlines, thanks to our well-defined processes and procedures. We strive for 100% on-time delivery and consistently achieve above 96%.

CAPABILITIES

Pivot invests in and maintains a number of cutting-edge CNC 3-, and 4-axis vertical mills and turning centers. These machines allow us to produce milled parts with a machining envelope of 20” x 20” x 50” and turned parts up to 5” in diameter and 7” in length. We can also provide plating, painting, assembly, and more to deliver a true single-source solution.
