My name is Piotr Sarota and I am a Gallup certified coach and mediator working on the basis of the principles of Nonviolent Communication, (NVC).

What sets me apart? 

I have had the opportunity to personally implement Gallup and NVC methodologies in project, team and client relationship management in practice. For 17 years I ran a public relations agency, SAROTA PR, specializing in dealing with new technology companies. The result is mutual respect, trust, high commitment, and proactivity within the company. The agency scores highest in the NPS (Net Promoter Score) customer satisfaction survey, which translates into the company's continued profitability. The agency now has a new management team, and I support with my experience and competences the teams that want to develop a culture of collaboration in their organization.
