I am the CEO and founder of an e-commerce store.

What challenge were you trying to address with Pilot PMR?

I needed to launch my business.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

I came to them with an idea, and they helped me build everything. Pilot PMR conducted interviews with stakeholders and collected a tremendous amount of research from the micro to macro level, which included industry and peripheral research. 

They helped with strategy, branding, visual identity, brand story, narrative, and logo. 

What is the team composition?

I worked with one main point of contact, but there were around three people on the team at any given time. 

How did you come to work with Pilot PMR?

I found them on Clutch. 

What is the status of this engagement?

I worked with them between February 2021–February 2022.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

We’ve had very positive external feedback. 

How did Pilot PMR perform from a project management standpoint?

They provided a high level of project management that we were impressed with. We used email to communicate, and Basecamp for tracking progress. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

They think differently and are incredibly strategic. They conduct a deep dive into the research to gain a strategic advantage, and their creative is excellent. They are experts in what they do, and have a comprehensive strategy to go from research insight to creating a unique positioning. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

There’s nothing that they could improve upon.

Let them run with everything, and put trust in them.
