They were able to deliver planned tasks in time, such as launching of the web platform and mobile applications
Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?
Since the agreement with the provider of the previous platform we used, has ended sooner than expected due to the business decision, we had little time to find skilfull team that could invest their time in developing new web platform for EV charging. Piktogram Studio has responded to our request by being able to launch our web platform in a year, and also by customizing the platform to our needs which we hadn't been fully aware of at the time.

The possibility of finding the best solutions to the problem we would be encountering with fiscal software implementation and payment methods appropriate to our business model.

However, having launched web platform and apps in short amount of time, we are very satisfied with the results, even though we are continuing to work on improvement and introducing new functionalities.

A DMS for documents distributed through the Android application
A back-end interface for maintaining content and push notifications
The system organization is modular, allowing new upgrades without the need for significant changes to the system
The server application is based on Apache, PHP, MySQL or Maria DB, Laravel framework
