The scope included designing and developing a full digital manufacturing ecosystem. Key deliverables included a centralized production dashboard for managing orders and production, a secure and encrypted 3D file library with versioning, AI-based instant quoting, order and production tracking, inventory and logistics foundations, an admin control panel, DevOps setup, and payment integration. The platform was designed with a multi-phase roadmap to support SaaS workflows, automation, and global factory synchronization.

A fully operational Phase 1 manufacturing platform, including AI-based quoting, secure file management, production tracking, and a solid technical foundation for logistics and SaaS expansion.

Project management has been structured, disciplined, and transparent, with clear phases, milestones, and priorities aligned to manufacturing realities. Phase 1 was completed as planned, and Phase 2 is currently progressing on schedule.
