   1. Sign up and sign in into the app.wacomet.com stays limited to approved customers and water producers
   2. Customers can create orders for water offset and set the verified water producers as the order fulfillers
   3. Water producers are considered eligible for water credits retirement if they are minters on the protocol and are approved by DAO
   4. Water producers define the price of the water at this stage, price is the same for all locations. Alternatively, when the API for getting water credit USD price based on the location is introduced, it is integrated into the application and is used for defining the water credit price
   5. Customers need to pay the USD to escrow when creating orders for water offset
   6. After FIAT is paid successfully, customers can create an on-chain order for water offset
   7. Customers can review the orders made on-chain through the app.wacomet.com interface WaterDAO Retire Orders system development proposal 1
   8. Water producers can review the orders made on-chain to them through the app.wacomet.com interface
   9. Both customers and water producers can cancel the pending orders. Both customers and water producers need to cancel the order on-chain through the smart contract transaction. In case of cancel of order, FIAT is returned from escrow to the customer

   11. Both water producers and customers can bind a FIAT account to their profile through Stripe.
