Weekly social media consultation meetings where we discuss strategy/creative on meta advertising plus weekly performance reporting. Since these meetings I feel like we have a much stronger Paid Social strategy and we are always testing/trying new things following advice that I wouldn't know about otherwise, for example the use of advantage+ campaigns. For our influencer project, we approve the influencers/provide samples & the rest is handled by the team meaning an easy process for us.

Increase in sales YOY despite (in some months) smaller paid social budgets

Every person I've spoken to at PHA always responds quickly & with great knowledge and answer any questions in full, as well as being kind & friendly. They have always exceeded expectations.
