The scope of work involved designing and building an AI powered content clipping engine for us. The system was created to transform long form video and audio into platform ready short form content, reducing the time and manual effort required for reviewing, editing and repurposing media. 

Key deliverables included: 

• Automated processing of long form video and audio content
• AI identification and ranking of high value moments
• Creation of short clips based on selected topics and highlights
• Automatic transcription and caption generation
• Formatting and resizing for different social media platforms
• Suggested titles, descriptions and supporting post copy
• A review and approval workflow before publishing
• Content organisation and output management
• Testing, deployment and optimisation of the clipping workflow

The project enabled us to increase short form content production without adding editing headcount. Success was demonstrated through faster turnaround from recording to publishable clip, more clips produced from each long form asset, reduced manual review and editing time, and greater consistency across captions and platform formats.
