From beginning to conclusion: Create the software's back end, which would house user recipes, and the front end, which would allow users to enter recipes. The most technically difficult part of this is that all of the data must be structured using one of our pre-made templates in accordance with the user's requirements.They made advantage of Webflow and React.

Perfect Systems provides a project manager and a senior team with whom I operate off-site. They assign the crew through their offshore sites based on the size and scope of our project. They've been excellent.

Our Shopify platform was modified by Perfect Systems. What resources they employed are unknown to me. They provided us with an approximate project budget and schedule. Even though we ultimately over the original planned time, everything went smoothly. There were no delays when we received the revised timeline.

Whenever I had to contact Perfect Systems for any modifications or bug corrections after the project was finished, they responded promptly and investigated the matter. Not too long ago, I contacted them once more for a different assignment.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We haven't retained any analytics for Perfect Systems because it just created a feature for establishing package offers. It has made it simpler for customers to buy things in bulk and assisted us in automating our inventory procedure. Our goal was to address an operational inefficiency that was bothering the team more than being quantitative. The functionality has pleased people.

For the most part, we communicated via Skype and email. We haven't even had a phone conversation.

The team at Perfect Systems understood that the project would be far more complex than they had first thought. This issue did not arise with our second project. As long as there is communication, I don't mind if things take longer than anticipated. Every time there was a snag, they got in touch with me to extend the deadline.

Even after the program was delivered and we paid them, there were still some issues, but we could always contact Perfect Systems and get prompt assistance. Perfect Systems' ongoing acceptance of responsibility months after the project was completed has been their greatest and most significant action. 

I had an incredible experience working with Perfect Systems, and I would suggest them to others and employ their team once more for any future projects.

We are currently dealing with proof of concept from banks, retailers, international partners, and sizable private enterprises. Furthermore, we are quite pleased with the caliber of the work. Prior to Perfect Systems, we used another crew, but they performed poorly. The project was taken over by Perfect Systems, and they did a fantastic job.

Project management has been fantastic. The project manager is very professional and responsive. She takes our instructions and implements them quickly; all tasks are completed within a week. We work using Slack and Trello to follow the progress there

In order to test the market and products acceptability, we wanted to do a quick PoC of our core engine. We went with the thought, this would provide us an opportunity to check the feasibility of the technology and reduce heavy upfront investments. The user persona we are focusing on are physicians. As mentioned above the primary use case of the project is to help them in cancer detection (Breast Cancer) and predictive diagnosis.

Disclosing not much in detail, we have used machine learning/AI, Image processing to deliver the solution. So, the PoC entails taking the image, then using computer vision the system performs image analysis. Once the process is complete, using our custom machine learning models and medical data, we deliver the final output. The PoC will be primarily available as an iPad app with the API’s being developed in Python.

We have just finished development of the core engine (PoC) and are now doing internal testing before rolling it out to potential user groups for more elaborated testing

We had a very smooth collaboration. First, we have given them a detailed documentation of the project scope, functionality requirements and UI/UX. Based on the same they created the project plan, test cases.

As soon as we approved both, they started the development and completed the project on time and within budget. In between, we had weekly calls, they submitted weekly status reports and periodic updates. Communication was the best part.

For instance, gathering data on our target audience, the properties we work with, and their characteristics was the first step. Next, we organized the project's specifics, including the timeline, the software developers engaged, the stack, any extra technologies, and so on.
