We have a 99 percent uptime rate for our platform.  Additionally, the site now loads in 2.5 seconds instead of 3.5.  They constantly meet sprint requirements and perform well.

Perfect Systems offers the resources and experience level I need for this project.  We brought in the Perfect Systems team to support our project and help us reach our target timeline because our internal team was unable to progress at the rate that our stakeholders demanded.  I was able to get the project's budget approved because our internal team would have taken three times as long as the Perfect Systems team.

Nina conducts our daily stand-up meetings, and Perfect Systems completes tasks on schedule and under budget.  Perfect Systems uses Confluence for information sharing, Microsoft Teams for communication, and Azure DevOps for backlog management.

Throughout the project, the team and business were receptive to our objectives and adaptable to little adjustments.  They provided us with a number of solutions to accomplish our objectives after consulting with us, all the while offering their professional advice and recommendations based on their experience and our requirements.  The constant communication was great, however it can be risky when working with new people.

They are a highly skilled and competent group.  Particularly in our situation, we didn't observe many areas that needed modification.

Since we essentially created this product from scratch, it is challenging to share precise figures regarding the project's outcomes.  Together, we have planned, developed, and constructed it.  Regarding the caliber of Perfect Systems' work, I can state that we continue to cooperate with them.  If they did not fulfill all of our conditions, we would not be doing business with them.

From a measurable standpoint, the bounce rate on our product pages dropped significantly, and we saw a noticeable increase in quote requests submitted directly through the website, especially through the contact forms that had been more prominently featured.
