By demonstrating competence in blockchain development and an open attitude to work, Perfect Systems has continued to collaborate with a client (under a white label).  The original client was pleased with the created iterations, despite the fact that the project is still in the development stage.  They have a stake in the project's success, aim for excellence, present a creative viewpoint, and give frequent updates on all milestones.

Developing a user-friendly interface with safe user authentication and a secure account management system with private key storage and secure transactions were our goals.  We requested cutting-edge authentication methods, a multi-layered security framework, and state-of-the-art security protocols in order to satisfy the highest security and usability requirements.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The project's objectives of developing a safe, user-friendly, and extremely secure program have been met with notable success and advancement.  Less than 1% of user accounts have been reported as compromised, demonstrating the application's stellar record of safe account management.  Furthermore, the application has successfully finished all security tests and audits, enhancing its security posture even more.

We used Slack to stay in regular communication and had access to the Jira board for project management.  Weekly team meetings were used to examine all of the modifications that were made over the week.  Using an agile framework, Perfect Systems ensured constant updates based on our input and delivered biweekly progress reports and future work plans.

Our website was created by the Perfect Systems team.  They started working on the design mockup and Umbraco implementation after discussing with us the platform we wanted to use to construct it. This is where we host the website.  Their team completed all the coding required so I could simply manage the website's content.  They also handled the UX/UI design and backend.

 In order to add more programs to the website, we plan to work on a second phase next summer.

They get a perfect score from me.  They took my idea and made it a reality while always assisting me in determining what was and wasn't practical.  Phase two of the project excites me much since it will allow us to further improve the website.  I have no regrets because the team has been amazing.  Without them, I doubt I could have accomplished this.

Although we don't have any precise KPIs, we do track how much time people spend on certain tasks or on communication.  We had a lot of communication hours up front because they were a new vendor, but as we've grown, they've decreased.  We also examine the typical scorecards used by the industry.

The team has created our apps from the ground up and offers us a workforce to draw from for mobile and web app development. They have a large pool of talent with expertise in these areas, allowing us to draw from that pool as needed as our company grows.

We've been extremely fortunate with our team and have had a great working relationship with Perfect Systems.  They provide a talented and adaptable pool of players, and during the previous 20 years, they have consistently had excellent teammates.  Our strong partnership with Perfect Systems has contributed to the loyalty of our clientele. Customers trust us to be reliable, and our collaboration with Perfect Systems has produced a very strong product.
