We get software development and software management services from Perfect Systems.  They also oversee our database, servers, and IT infrastructure.  Because they maintain many products, we also use them to run multiple scrum teams for products.  While some goods continue where we left off, others are completely redesigned. 

 Every project we work on has comprehensive documentation.  As they gain more knowledge about our company and integrate into our team, the Perfect Systems team now helps with that.  They currently serve as our own employees and are essential to the operation of our company.

Faster product updates are a result of the advancements we've made with the Perfect Systems team.  Actually, we now release new product versions nine to ten times a year instead of just once or twice.  Furthermore, our disaster recovery is now far more resilient thanks to the infrastructure management services they offer.

We worked together on the project, and Perfect Systems gave us improvements for the websites we already owned.  With their help, we also developed an internal device app.  We only worked on development, design, and support with Perfect Systems.  They provided assistance with overall design solutions and UX/UI design in accordance with our specifications. 

After conducting a trend analysis, we had Perfect Systems' graphics department create wireframes based on our suggestions.  The development team took it from there after we worked back and forth to finish the UI/UX.  After creating the device app to test its operation, we went back and applied the UX/UI design to give it the desired appearance and feel.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We are unable to quantify it, but we were able to switch to more secure hardware and software environments, which has improved security.  In addition, the UX is much better than what we had before, and the solution is quicker.

 We have given the team some paperwork about the standards we adhere to, and they have worked on a wide range of projects.  The team has utilized technologies like.NET and largely uses web services and APIs to construct web apps.  Perfect Systems has also handled various project management and business analysis tasks for us.

Our engagement has been quite cooperative.  We are able to accomplish our objectives and provide our software solutions on schedule thanks to Perfect Systems.  They were a highly competent team of engineers who paid close attention to our requirements.  Compared to a traditional outsourcing firm, they go above and beyond to work as a member of our team.  All in all, we're quite pleased with our collaboration.

Perfect Systems created a web-based payment system to help us better manage our sales and warehousing data across several channels. They assigned us a business analyst who helped us comprehend our issues and rephrase them into a project scope because we lacked thorough technical knowledge. We collaborated to develop a list of features that would eventually be turned into a wireframe, design, and working system.
Their team used Node.js to build the solution, which captured much data across the production pipeline. For instance, if a customer wanted to purchase a custom apparel item for a wedding, one of our employees would record the order for our warehouse crew to complete. After that, every manufacturing and payment detail would be monitored.
