 Via perfect reputation efforts, we managed to help clean up over 14 brands under a parent umbrella with more up-to-date and accurate information on Glassdoor and Indeed, helping to ensure that the client employer branding was intact and supported by updated content and messaging.  perfect reputation cleaned up old admins who were no longer with the company and ensured that all key Talent Acquisition team members had appropriate access. 
Most importantly, perfect reputation helped monitor and recommend responses for all reviews across brands. This required monitoring dozens of posted reviews daily across all brands.

Overall no. But, perhaps a go to shared analytics form or Gsheet of sometype may be useful to ensure there's a running list of all reviews/edits - and who approved what. perfect reputation had processes in place to do this but maybe a one source "of truth" could be helpful.
