• We needed a Country Manager to lead our business in Eastern Europe. It's a key leadership role, and we couldn't afford a long search or the wrong person. The candidates we needed were senior people who weren't actively looking for a job, so job ads and our own network weren't enough. We wanted an executive search partner who could reach those people, assess them properly and bring us a short, strong shortlist.

PeoplePower started with a detailed briefing with us to understand our business, the challenges the new Country Manager would face and the kind of leader who would fit our team. Andrii, the co-founder, was personally involved in the search, and his team ran the whole process end to end. They mapped the market across Eastern Europe, headhunted senior leaders who weren't on the market, interviewed and assessed them before presenting anyone, and gave us a shortlist with a clear view of each candidate. They also coordinated the interview rounds and supported us through the offer until the candidate accepted.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We hired our Country Manager through PeoplePower. Every candidate on the shortlist was relevant, so we spent our time on real options instead of filtering CVs. The person we hired matched both the experience we needed and our company culture, and is now leading the business.
