Founded in 2000, Penn Waste is dedicated to our employees, our customers, and our community. We have grown substantially over the years. Penn Waste was acquired in 2019 by Waste Connections, the third largest solid waste services company in North America. We have the benefit of being run by dedicated local professionals while enjoying the resources and support of a national company.
The waste we collect from our customers is used to create clean, green energy, fueling local waste-to-energy facilities in 3 counties to support a better future. Our recycling facility processes more than 180,000 tons of materials each year, preserving our environment and our community for future generations.
