Please describe your company and your position there.

We are a production company based in Russia. We organize filmings worldwide for customers from Russia. I'm the executive producer of Amabilis Production (Filmsiberia)

For what projects/services did your company hire Penguin Decision , and what were your goals?

We hired Penguin Decision for organizing a filming in Italy and Austira. Their job was to get the filming permits, build up the logistics, provide us a cameraman and all the required filming equipent.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We were working with the fixers who work at Penguin Decision previously on many projects.

Describe the video(s) and the process in detail, including the project steps and all stages of production.

We had two weeks of filming at different locations in Tuscany and at the Alps. Starting from Florence, driving to Orvietto, Montepulciano, San Gimingnano and Sorano and then Driving North to Austria to film the Timmelsjoch Pass and the region around Am Plansee. Amazing views and the filming organized perfectly!

Who did you work with and what was the feedback process like?

We worked with Arsenii, the fixer with most experience. He has incredible planning skills, he's fluent in English, Russian, Spanish and speaks basic German and Italian. Having great production contacts throughout Europe he is super helppful at the research phase of the project, and during the production carefully takes care of the timings for everything. Very good wibe and smoothly running production.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Our customers were very happy with the result of the filming - we covered the best locations in a minimal time. And we didn't exceed the budget we had for this trip, which can easily happen during a filming that is related to multiple travels and depends on many things.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

They are very nice and easy to communicate. Always answering to emails within some hours. Very flexible and not charging extra for last minute changes. They were real production professionals.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their knowledge of locations situated in different countries and their access to equipment and filming professionals throughout the continent is incredible.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Open another branch in central Europe!
