I’m the managing director of Srisiam Enterprise Co., Ltd., an automotive company. We provide comprehensive automotive collision repair and paint services, combining traditional craftsmanship with modern process management and technology to deliver consistent, high-quality results for both retail and enterprise clients.

What challenge were you trying to address with Pelagon Co., Ltd.?

We needed help building a reliable and robust ERP system for our management team to view and make decisions effectively. We also wanted to allow the management team to evaluate talents efficiently. In addition, we wanted to optimize our processes to minimize redundant tasks and allow employees to do more impactful tasks for the organization. Ultimately, we wanted to lay a good foundation to support future AI tools.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Pelagon Co., Ltd. has developed an ERP system for us. The team has created a job tracking system with a centralized dashboard that replaces handwritten job cards and provides real-time status updates across repair stages. Pelagon Co., Ltd. has also created a procurement module for digital parts ordering, supplier management, and purchase order tracking with Thai VAT/WHT compliance.Moreover, Pelagon Co., Ltd. has created an accounting module for integrated invoicing, expense tracking, and tax-compliant financial records. The team has also created a customer portal for self-service where customers can view job status, service history, and documentation in real time. Pelagon Co., Ltd. has also created a LINE notification system for automated customer updates at every stage of the repair process, eliminating manual follow-up calls. Finally, the team has created a document management system for digital estimates, invoices, and receipts, replacing physical paperwork.

Since implementing the ERP system, our revenue has doubled, and our missed deadlines have been significantly reduced by more than 50%. Moreover, our owner has transitioned from daily operations to sales and business growth. Our customer satisfaction has also improved through real-time transparency and automated communication.
