Peerless of America, LLC was founded in 1912 as a manufacturer of extruded aluminum shapes for heat transfer. Peerless is a manufacturer of all-aluminum and aluminum/copper heat transfer coils and pioneered the use of aluminum tubing in refrigeration equipment.
In the early 1930’s we introduced the first all-aluminum fin coils for commercial refrigeration. By 1960, Peerless introduced all aluminum fin coils for frost-free household refrigerators.
Our manufacturing and corporate offices are located in Effingham, IL.
