Peeklogic is the bridge between the two teams Support <-> Development that use Salesforce on one side and Jira on the other. The goal of the project was that no one has to look into the other's system and all necessary information is exchanged without intervention.

Support no longer needs access to Jira. The status of Jira tickets can be viewed at any time in the customer ticket in Salesforce.
