Managed Services was a big part of the overall project. Helping build out much of our Apex needs as well as some low-code items. Problem solving and bug fixes. One major project Khrystyna was intrumental in was building our our Guesty integration within Salesforce. It was a huge undertaking and she handled it with care and precision.

We now have a fully working integration with Guesty messaging. Where our customers can communicate via chat from our webite to a chat screen built for the Service Console within Salesforce.

Continued development and maintenance have ensured that the system evolves with the company’s needs, improving overall productivity and operational visibility.

There aren’t any significant areas for improvement. The only minor challenge is coordinating across time zones, which is unavoidable, but Khrystyna handles it as well as possible.

We have got an impresion that we work as a single team.

Created automations for our Salesforce workflows which include automated client communication such as customized templates for text and email communication. Also,helped develop digital filing organization system and created customized data entry fields that are custom fit to our practice.

This includes objects to cope with very specific requirements in the pharmaceutical industry. Delivered several apps and over 20 objects - all custom and from scratch.
