What challenge were you trying to address with Pedram Pearl Palace?

I needed a professional to help with the interior design of my office. I wanted it to align with my branding and needed custom desks.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Pedram Pearl Palace helped me design my office. I first explained my vision to them, and they were then able to create a 3D rendering of the interior design using AutoCAD and Oracle. 

One of our requests was a custom-built desk. Together with the team, we've identified the best desk measurement for our office. The team has also helped us choose a color scheme and wall paint. To match our branding, we've settled on a black, white, and red palette. 

The team is currently still working on the office.

What is the team composition?

The main person I work with is the CEO and a few project managers. We also work with 3–4 teammates, including construction workers and interior designers.

How did you come to work with Pedram Pearl Palace?

I wasn't initially looking for a professional interior designer, but I was very busy with work and still wanted a perfect office. I looked into interior designers around my area and came across Pedram Pearl Palace.

When I looked into them, I found out that they were near my office. I checked out their previous projects and realized they were working on a building near our office. They even had a big sign nearby. 

After constantly seeing their work on my way to the office, I was very confident that they'd do a fantastic job. I got in contact with them to get a quote, and I was able to negotiate the price down to what I was comfortable with.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve spent $10,000 CAD (approximately $8,000 USD).

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in September 2021, and it's ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

I really like the Pedram Pearl Palace team — they genuinely understand what I want. I also appreciate their 3D renderings of the floor plan because I knew what I would be getting at the end of the project. 

How did Pedram Pearl Palace perform from a project management standpoint?

Pedram Pearl Palace has given us a reasonable timeline, and so far, they've stuck to every deadline. The team has done a wonderful job in terms of communication — they're constantly in contact with me via phone calls, email, and in-person meetings.

Whenever I go to their office, their CEO is there to manage our project. Furthermore, multiple project managers are also on top of everything.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I've talked to other interior designers, and Pedram Pearl Palace is the most knowledgeable out of all of them. I'm impressed with how punctual they are.

Additionally, their prices are very reasonable. I appreciate that they've divided the cost into multiple payments to accommodate me.

Are there any areas they could improve?

There's nothing I'd have them improve.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Know what you want in terms of colors, theme, and branding. If you don't know what you need, they won't know either.
