We were trying to sell our commercial property, so we needed a law firm to represent us for the transaction.

What was the scope of their involvement?

We initially reached out to Pear, Sperling, Eggan, & Daniels, P.C. to review the purchase agreements, but we evolved our partnership to handle more intricate responsibilities such as handling the introductions for a 1031 qualified intermediary.

I only worked with Marty (Attorney).

I reached out to them after reading some of their positive feedback online to see if they were available to help us.

We spent roughly $2,000.

Our partnership ran from January–February 2022.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

I thought that they were fairly priced, straightforward, and they guided us through the entire process that we wouldn’t have been able to get through ourselves.

How did Pear, Sperling, Eggan, & Daniels, P.C. perform from a project management standpoint?

They did amazingly from a project management perspective, because they went above and beyond to make sure the quality of their deliverables was always met.

They took care of the small details which saved us a lot of time and resources.

We typically communicated through phone and email.

What did you find most impressive about them?

We liked their friendly approach and quality of service.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I don’t really have any constructive feedback on their work.

I would advise you to provide as much documentation as you can to make sure there will be no issues during the process.
