I’m an associate at Bridger Bell, a commercial real estate agency.

What challenge were you trying to address with Peacock & Co Solicitors?

We were looking for a solicitor that would work with us to find tenants to move into properties. When someone takes a tiny unit or small office, the costs are similar. We worked with them to scale and ensure that someone who was taking an office wasn’t paying as much as someone buying a 55,000 sq. ft unit.

During the pandemic, a lot of solicitors have been slow to respond. Peacock & Co Solicitors is the opposite. They’ve been very accessible.

No, we’ve managed to pick the right people.

Give them a call. Sit down and have a chat. Listen to what they have to say because they know their business.
