Partnerzy IT

Partnerzy IT is an Authorized enova365 Partner and an ERP integrator based in Poznań, Poland. We implement enova365 and TRIVA, the ERP systems made by Soneta, and automate them with processes and modules written for each client, and with AI built into those processes.

What we do:

• Pre-implementation ERP audit: user interviews, process mapping and a recommended scope before any license decision.
• ERP implementation: process analysis, configuration, data migration from the previous system, integrations with online stores, couriers and other tools, training and support after go-live.
• Optimization and further development of ERP systems already in use: cleaning up configuration and data, finding the causes of slow performance, and adding modules and new business areas instead of replacing the system.
• Custom software and integrations for ERP: add-on modules, web applications and API integrations.
• Role-based ERP training and consulting.
• IT outsourcing with guaranteed response times: helpdesk, infrastructure administration, backups and security.

We don't learn on our clients' projects: implementations are led by consultants with, on average, over 14 years of hands-on ERP experience. We work with companies across Poland and serve 90% of them remotely. We prepare quotes in writing after a conversation and an analysis of the scope. The only fixed prices we publish are Soneta's promotional enova365 license packages.
