Recruitment & Network Building: Partner Xpert leveraged their third-party affiliate network connections to identify and recruit publishers, social groups, content creators, and blogs specifically within the home decor, interior design, and modern furniture market vertical. They provided us with vetted affiliate options and detailed explanations of what each potential partner could deliver.

Onboarding & Setup: Once affiliates were recruited, Partner Xpert handled the complete onboarding process, providing new partners with display banners, tracking links, promotional materials, and everything else needed to effectively promote our products and drive traffic to our site.

Ongoing Support & Management: The team continuously maintained relationships with our affiliate partners, ensuring they remained active and engaged. This included performance monitoring, troubleshooting issues, and providing additional resources as needed to optimize their promotional efforts.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The most important outcome was a 43% increase in affiliate revenue compared to the previous period. This was exactly what we were looking for and really demonstrated that Partner Xpert's approach was working.

What impressed me most was how they didn't just hit our revenue target, but they actually taught us how to run the program ourselves. By the end of the 6 months, we had built up enough knowledge and confidence to take the program in-house. That wasn't necessarily the original plan, but it shows how effective they were at both executing and educating.

We went from having no real affiliate program to having a solid network of partners who understood our brand and were actively driving sales. The revenue growth was great, but honestly, the fact that we now have the skills to manage this ourselves is probably even more valuable in the long run.

We liked working with them so much that we've kept them on for yearly audits, and we're already talking about potentially hiring them again for another 6-month project as we continue to scale.

Partner Xpert's project management was excellent. They delivered everything on time and were very responsive when we had questions or requests. What I appreciated most was how hands-off they allowed us to be - they handled everything operationally while keeping us informed through weekly check-ins.

They were flexible and adapted their approach as we learned what worked best for our program. Since we had limited bandwidth, their ability to manage the entire process without constantly needing our input was crucial. They never made us feel like we were bothering them, and communication was always clear and to the point.

Honestly, they made affiliate program management look easy, which I now realize it definitely isn't.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

What really stood out was their ability to teach us while they executed. Most agencies just do the work, but Partner Xpert actually helped us understand the process so we could eventually run it ourselves. 

Their recruitment network was also impressive - they had quality publishers in our market and could quickly explain what each partner would bring.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Partner Xpert could have done differently?

Honestly, there wasn't much they could have improved. If I had to pick something, their weekly reporting could have been a bit cleaner and more streamlined. Sometimes they had to explain their reports during our calls when ideally the documents would have been clear enough to stand on their own.

But that's really a minor point. Overall, they delivered exactly what we needed.
