It is a private initiative and was founded by the Javeriana University, the District University, the National University, the Bogota Free Zone, the Forum of Presidents, Cafam, among other promoters, founders and sponsors.

Parquesoft Bogotá is part of a network of 11 parks - Awarded worldwide and an export model taken to several countries - that supports the creation, integration and development of companies in the Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) industry as well as the trade in services and products related to ICTs for different economic, private and governmental sectors, which has more than 300 companies in service lines, such as; Software Factory, Media Factory, Game Factory, Apps, ICT Services, among others.

Currently, ParqueSoft Bogotá and its companies offer ICT consulting services, development and manufacturing of software for custom applications, according to requirements, for different sectors of the industry, and technological solutions with finished products related to ERP and CRM systems. , applications for mobile devices, design and digital media, 3D and 2D animation, graphic design, online and corporate games, screens and multitouch systems, correspondence management and traceability systems, vehicular and individual, software documentation service, testing of quality and stability of software, among other products, services and corporate applications in its lines of Software Factory, Game Factory, Media Factory and Apps.
