As a Managing Partner, DeLinn oversees the successful management of our Multi-Family Properties. DeLinn has worked for Sovereign/Emerson, Pinnacle, Horizon Management and Cornerstone Residential. Each position brought vital experience, opportunities, and more responsibilities.  DeLinn loves a challenge and looks for the best way to affordably operate each property while increasing its value.  DeLinn attended Brigham Young University DeLinn reads and writes Spanish fluently. DeLinn holds a Utah Brokers License, a Nevada Brokers License and the Nevada Property Management Certificate, the HCCP (Housing Credit Certified Professional), CAPS (Certified Apartment Supervisor) and has received her CPM (Certified Property Manager) from the Institute of Real Estate Management.
