We thought we had found an honest drafting company for our services needed but the result have proved us wrong. We will never use them again. They supplied us incomplete drafting of shop drawings and now want us to pay extra for finishing the drawings on 2 masonry walls they missed when they returned the drawings.

On time, yes. Missed work, yes, corrected their mistakes, NO. They will fix their mistakes if we pay them more money.
