That is really two questions, and vendors blur them constantly. We answer them separately. What we build for you: environments that meet HIPAA, SOC 2 Type II, PCI DSS, ISO 27001, HITRUST, GLBA, CMMC 2.0, FedRAMP, NIST 800-53, NIST 800-171, RMF, CJIS, and ITAR requirements, depending on what your business is actually measured against. That includes a pre-authorized landing zone, Zero Trust architecture, continuous monitoring, evidence collection, and POAM management, and we sign BAAs for HIPAA work. What Pandora Cloud itself holds: a Secret Facility Clearance, a GSA Multiple Award Schedule contract (47QTCA24D00D3), AWS Advanced Tier Services Partner status, and certification as a Women-Owned Small Business by WBENC under 13 CFR Part 127. What we will not tell you: that we are HIPAA certified. No such certification exists for a service provider. There is no federal body that issues one, and any vendor claiming it is either confused or counting on you not to check. The same care applies to how we describe FedRAMP and CMMC: those describe the standards we build to and help you reach, not badges we wear. Compliance is also shared. We are responsible for the environment, its controls, and the evidence that they work. You remain responsible for your application code, your workforce training, and your policies. We will tell you plainly where that line sits before you sign, because discovering it during an audit is the expensive way to learn it.

Both founders came from Amazon, where customer obsession is the first leadership principle, and we still run the company that way. Every environment is defined as infrastructure as code. Changes move through code review rather than a ticket queue, so you can see exactly what changed, when, and why, and nothing about your environment lives only in someone's head. Day to day that means proactive monitoring and alerting, scheduled maintenance windows with advance notice, patching on a published cadence, and daily backups with tested recovery rather than assumed recovery. Monthly you get reporting on system health, performance, and cost. That report includes right-sizing recommendations that lower your bill. AWS consumption is itemized separately from our fee, so you can always see what is cloud spend and what is us, and we would rather you spend less and stay longer. You work directly with the architects who designed your environment. Not an account manager relaying questions, and not a junior team inheriting a diagram. One of our clients wrote in their review here that our monitoring caught issues before they noticed them. That is the standard we are aiming at: you should hear about a problem from us, with the fix already underway.
