I hired Palgrow to help set up my Google My Business profile and get my services listed on different online directories so people can find my business easier.

Thanks to Palgrow, my business started appearing search results, my  My Business  got more views , and I began receiving more calls. they also  set up a call track for free which works good so far

Palgrow was great with project management; they delivered everything on time and were very responsive to my needs. Whenever I had a question or needed an update , no only that even after the service the manager talks to me , and he gives me tips sometimes what i should do next without promoting or upselling me nothing. The other companies are so expensive for same thing

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

What impressed me most about Palgrow was their personal touch and attention to detail. They really took the time to understand my business , I have not taken more services with them due to budgets but i will.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Palgrow could have done differently?

The only thing I would suggest is having the manager available for video calls; it would add a more personal touch to our interactions.
