He did it quite efficiently and we liked the design. He was quick and made sure that he delivered the project on time. I would say that he did good work. He helped us a lot.

They had good communication.

Are there any areas for improvement?

They need to make sure that they talk every aspect over the phone. Asking for tips because 'they worked hard' is not a professional way. Still I am happy because the UI was good enough.
