Pacific Technology Solutions Ltd is a UK-based IT support and infrastructure consultancy, founded in 2025 and headquartered in London, specialising in managed IT for hospitality and complex operational buildings — backed by 20+ years of hands-on technology delivery from our founder's work at Pacific Infotech UK Ltd.
We are a hospitality IT specialist first: we work with hotels, serviced apartments, co-living spaces, multi-dwelling units, build-to-rent and student accommodation, where the network has to run every hour of the day and downtime is never just a ticket. Alongside that, we deliver general business IT support to financial services, accounting firms, recruitment agencies, law firms, construction, charities and marketing agencies across the UK and EU.

- Cloud & Microsoft 365 — Azure, SharePoint, Entra ID, Copilot rollout with identity controls
- VoIP & Telephony, CCTV, and New-Build IT Consultancy — RIBA-stage technology planning for new developments
